Another great sparkling wine from Burgundy. Vintage dated. Made by traditional method from Chardonaay and Pinot Noir grapes.
This wine is very complex with biscuit notes, apple, citrus fruits and a little af nutty flavors
. Nice little bubbles, very refreshing, good crispy acidity.

A blend of Grenache and Syra. Ruby color, on the nose raspberries, oak, cherries. On the palate berries flavors, little bit of spice, medium body, nice finish.
Fruity wine will be good with meats, or stewed meats and vegetables.

Another nice example of Beaujolais.
Color is purple, not very dark. On the nose a lot of strawberries and cherries. On the palate silky, red berries continue bursting their aromas into the mouth, a little spicy.
Very good wine for summer BBQ or enjoy it on a deck with a sunset.

I love sparkling wine from Vouvray!
There is another great example made from Chenin Blanc!
Light straw color, citrusy, yeasty, very elegant. Acidity of green apple and grapefruit with a delicate mousse. Very fruity.

Very unexpected. Delicious!
Very light color, almost Pinot like. On the nose it is not very usual Beaujolais with candy aromas, there is more of raspberry, roses, violets.
On the palate this wine is very young, it can age for a long time. Lean, fruity, very complex palate.
Finishes with spice and cherries aromas.
Very good cru Beaujolais!![]()

The 2005 Yacochuya (100% Malbec) spent 18 months in new French oak. It is a saturated opaque purple color with a brooding bouquet of mineral, wood smoke, lavender, incense, black cherry, and plum. Voluptuous and powerful on the palate, the wine is dense, rich, succulent, and impeccably balanced. It demands another 6-8 years of cellaring and will offer prime drinking through 2025, if not longer.![]()
