Fresh wine, light color in the glass, nutty on the nose. Fresh apple pineapple, citrus flavours. Little bit of oak in the end.
Gary Brookman uses malolactic fermentation in moderation to retain the wine’s bright acidity.

Fruity, elegant wine, with flavours of pear, melon, nutty notes, with fresh acidity and oak aromas.
Little bit of mineral in the end. Light to medium body.

Nice semi opaque ruby red in the glass .
Lovely acidity, soft tannins. Fruity, floral, with baking spice aromas.

90% Cabernet Sauvignon
5% Cabernet Franc
14 month in oak. Grape grow in the high altitude area.
Still very young wine. Good acidity, firm tannins, red fruit, black berries, cherries, spice.
